Founded in 2008, Hope House is a new program founded by Uniting Faith & Family Outreach, Pastors Leon & Via Crawford; Who have chosen to reach out to Senior Citizens and their families. We provide expert services to Seniors who have special needs resulting from advancing in age. Our compassionate experienced staff members work to support the worth and dignity of each person that we serve. Our services are conveniently located in a few communities in the surrounding Metropolitan Detroit Area.
Hope House Vision • Enjoy the freedom to exercise the same rights & accept the same obligations as all American citizens •Have the freedom to plan a life with necessary supports with the help of their freely chosen friends and allies •Possess the authority to make meaningful choices and to control their own lives •Live in an affordable secure place of their choosing •Engaging in friendships and relationships that promote personal fulfillment, dignity and respect •Play a valued role in the community through spiritual development & general caring for others What We Do… •Provide a better living situation for seniors •Assistance with Spiritual growth. •Helping the Seniors participate in their communities •Advocacy for Senior Citizens •Cooperative relationships with community agencies, churches employers, and businesses •Expert consultation to agencies and professionals |
